OPERATION
Our core team consists of five staff members sharing the areas strategy/
conception, creation, text and programming. Moreover we work close together
with work force from forming, artistic and media-relevant faculties.
Somneo gives this network a stable structure for innovative, competitive
and reliable results to develop.
HISTORY
Somneo was established in june 2001 by the designers Christoph Damanik
and Burkhard Detzler, professor for computergenerated design at Hochschule
für bildende Künste Saar (Universitiy of visual arts Saar). Longtime
creative
joint work in uncomitted project teams made them form a basis with stable
structures and formal frame. In september 2002 Prof. Burkhard Detzler
withdrew
himself from the company- since then he is still active as a consultant.
